Had offline discussion with [~sseth]
- reintroduced "addIdentifierToList" in ShuffleScheduler.getMapsForHost to fix
the older version scenario.
- Fixed javac warning issue in TestPipelinedSorter
- Simplified/merged "srcAttempt.canRetrieveInputInChunks()" checks in
addKnownMapOutput.
