Summary: Random hangs when running with OneToOne routing

When running a 20K x 20K OneToOne edge, the DAG hangs randomly. This is even
more pronounced when running 50K x 50K.
The logs are too big to attach. Please reach out to me - if someone is planning
on taking a look at this.
