Change the jira title to "Check returned value from EdgeManagerPlugin before
using it"
Upload a patch to check the returned value from EdgeManagerPlugin, otherwise
invalid value may cause some potential weird issue, like the case mentioned
above. The exception will be caught as AMUserCodeException and propagated to
client side.
