That is what I do not understand. If yarn.timeline-service.enabled=false,
TimelineClient::putDomain and TimelineClient::postEntities should both be a
no-op ( looked at the code ).
Is for some reason, the configuration value getting reset when the
TimelineClient objects are being instantiated?
