Description:
Tez need to download phantomjs-1.9.8-linux-x86_64.tar.bz2 and
node-v0.10.18-linux-x64.tar during build, (when build tez-ui module), but for
some end users with not good network, it's probably cannot build successfully
because of network connection timeout.
My opion is that we make a 'thirdparty' directory in the tez release tar ball,
which can avoid download from internet to easy building.
