there is no assumption on DAGClient close not being invoked, as DAGClient.close
invokes LocalClient.stop() but not LocalClient.close.
The LocalClient.close is called by tezClient.stop.
for DAGClient.close to be invoked TezExampleBase runDag would either need to
use try-with-resources or explicitly close, which it does not do now.
