TEZ_RUNTIME_INPUT_BUFFER_PERCENT_DEFAULT compared to
TEZ_RUNTIME_INPUT_POST_MERGE_BUFFER_PERCENT
TEZ_RUNTIME_SHUFFLE_STALLED_COPY_TIMEOUT_DEFAULT compared to
TEZ_RUNTIME_SHUFFLE_CONNECT_TIMEOUT
Given that this is a public api, we will need to deprecate the inconsistent
names and not remove them.
