TEZ-2396.2.patch
- Added pom.xml in tez-tools with "-Ptools" profile which is not active by
default. It would include "tez-tfile-parser" module when "-Ptools" is added.
- Added "tez-tools" in project's main pom.xml
- Updated Building.txt to reflect -Ptools
