[~hitesh]: the zip doesn't need versioning, because it is an ATS dump of all
known Tez keys.
If an ATS entity exists, it will be there in the zip file - the true semantic
version starts from the TEZ_DAG_ID object, since everything from that below is
written by the same Tez version, the reader/collector version matters little
once that point is crossed for version safety.
