[~zjshen] thanks for the review.
tried to reproduce the issue. with and without the patch. from the command line
once kinit is done accessing ATS works with and without patch.
[~hitesh] suggested trying to submit a job indirectly using templeton/oozie to
create a failure case (accessing secure ats throws auth issue) , apply the
patch and then test. will do the same and update the ticket tomorrow.
