Yes - it could be. This is a narrow case scenario where the fallback to
timeline happens in the dagclient and breaks on secure clusters. Given that
there is more work to try and figure out how to make it work correctly on
multiple hadoop versions, it could be moved to 0.6.2. \cc [~pramachandran]
