- FetcherOrderedGrouped - MapHost would not be null in fetchNext()?
- FetcherOrderedGrouped- httpConnection need not be volatile?
- HttpConnection - connection, DataInputStream, connectionSucceeed need not be
volatile?
- "count" in ShuffleSchedulerCallable should be incremented in inner loop?,
otherwise it might end up scheduling continuously.
