Upload patch for it, [~hitesh] Please help review it.
* log TaskAttemptFinishedEvent even when it is not started ( NEW -> KILLED)
* also do it in TaskImpl (log TaskFinishedEvent even when it is not started) (
NEW -> KILLED)
* verify whether creating duplicated TezTaskAttemptId when creating new
TaskAttempt
