This adds -Paws and -Pazure to the tez build.
As [~hitesh] noted, this will not enable AWS support for pre-2.6.0 Hadoop or
Azure for pre-2.7.0 Hadoop.
But at least for those that are on the latest builds, it forms an easy way to
roll out those dependencies easily.
