Summary: Provide session not running reason in SessionNotRunning

This makes it easy to debug if the session timed out due to dag timeout instead
of having to read AM logs.
Also, if the DAG failed or AM failed for some reason (other than timeout) then
surfacing that would be useful too.
Additionally we should check if this information is being propagated back to
YARN during unregister.
