Summary: Display the vertex description in the tooltip of vertex
in DAG view UI

Currently it only displays Vertex Name and Vertex ID ( and status, duration,
parallelism and Processor name). PIG-4429 sets additional description about the
vertex which would be good to have in the DAG view UI.
