Adds the time at which the attempt was allocation to a container.
Also renames scheduledTime/schedulingCausalTA -> creationTime/creationCausalTA
to make the meaning more clear. Scheduled is very overloaded.
Added tests. [~rajesh.balamohan] Please review.
