Its costly to record all data events that were sent to a task. So when we lost
the tracing connections present in the ATS events (after a read error) we may
need some heuristics to figure out the next step in the critical path. The
patch has some heuristics for this.
Changed dependency types to be enum for clarity.
Added many tests for simple and complex cases to verify critical path
calculations.
