couple of minor issues (you can have a follow up jira if required).
* since the dag status is not getting updated, the polling continues even after
dag has completed till this data is refreshed. this is should be ok, but we can
revisit later if we can fix this.
* the progress bar is present in dag->tasks but not in vertex->tasks
