couple of minor issues (you can have a follow up jira if required).
* since the dag/vertex status is not getting updated, the polling continues
even after dag/vertex has completed till this data is refreshed. this is should
be ok, but we can revisit later if we can fix this.
* the progress bar is present in dag->tasks but not in vertex->tasks
