[~hitesh] this does not require the cors support from RM. it wont show any
errors but not much data would be available (for ex queue, appname etc will be
missing). currently the page relies only on the system-metrics data. The RM
rest api data is not used currently.
does the following message look fine?
"could not fetch application info from RM, some details might be missing"
