[~Sreenath] is this worked still blocked at this point? [~rohini] and I are
running into browser failures (internal error: allocation failures) for All
Dags page where otherinfo.dagPlan is 4MB per dag (due to
vertices.userPayloadAsText). If we could not fetch otherInfo until needed, we
could make this use case work and speed up the All Dags load times.
[~hitesh], if we still can't implement fetching only needed fields, I propose
we implement a timeline data design change were we split TEZ_DAG_ID into
TEZ_DAG_ID and TEZ_DAG_OTHERINFO_ID so we can make this use case work.
