Please find patch 3 attached with the following additions.
1. Application history will be loaded only when required.
- Its required when the DAG is at running state, to handle cases in which DAG
status would be running but application would have finished.
2. Progress spinner on counters also.
3. columns !=10 bug
4. Graciously work with both latest and old (without YARN-3530) timeline
servers. Kill switch might not be required.
5. For running tasks status was coming 'Not Found', fixed that.
