[~Sreenath], posting an initial patch based on your design proposal. Couple of
things.
- for some counter views, i see two live AM info requests: one with
counters="\*" and one with counter=""
- dagInfo in the am doesn't support counters yet. i would add this support
using getCachedCounters, but there is a warning regarding extreme caution about
using this api. [~hitesh], thoughts on adding counters query to live AM dagInfo
request
