IMO there is no need to make declarations about the future. Javadoc can/should
be updated when the feature is added.
{code}+ * In the future, this may be extended to allow configuring task
specific properties such as heartbeat intervals.{code}
Some clarity in Vertex.setConf that these will not be available to the DAG but
only to that vertex.
Also, a note for caution that using these APIs will override any configuration
updates and thus will be final in some sense.
