The current vertex start time on the UI is the time the vertex initialized
while it should probably be the time the vertex started running tasks. /cc
[~jeagles] [~jlowe] [~hitesh] [~Sreenath]. IIRC, there is current a
firstTaskStartedTime field somewhere in the vertex ATS record that should
provide the info needed.
