Sorry that I don't fully understand the issue.
Are you referring to

Though out the UI we load application details from RM/AHS for two things.
# Correcting entity status - In cases where AM stops before communicating with
ATS, the status of entities in ATS would be RUNNING. To correct this.
# On polling, if AM is not reachable, then to check if the application have
actually completed.
