  No. When there are 20-80 vertices in a DAG cannot keep opening each vertex 
page to see when it actually started. The current vertex start time is useless 
as it is same as DAG start time. It needs to be replaced with when the vertex 
actually started running.

bq. Is it ok to make the duration change as part of Tez UI 2.
  Yes. But if it is easy to do, would be good to have it in Tez UI 1 as well.
