Description:
- Try to reduce the deprecation warnings - npm & bower packages would have to
be upgraded.
- Add relative paths for direct GitHub dependencies from bower - Must be
possible with the latest npm
- Try to fix the bower version used by frontend maven plugin.
- Add option to enable bower install for root user - TEZ-3182
- Remove unused map files & ui-bg_...png files from production build. (They are
added from dependent packages)
