For each vertex under dagPlan in DAG JSON. We take userPayloadAsText.desc as
vertex process description and display it in the configurations tab under the
respective vertex. For instance it looks something like the following now.

It's a trivial change to add it as part of the tooltip in DAG view. Please let
us know if you are looking for more information.
