Attaching a patch with fix only for IBM PPC. Will deal with TEZ-3471 separately
as that need more dependency changes.
The patch introduces a new profile ppc64. For building in PPC systems the same
must be used as "mvn package -Pppc64". Also the patch expects the phantom js to
be available in $PATH.
