This type of change has to been done with care as this patch will break two
types of use cases. jetty 6 and jetty 9 packages being in different namespaces
so they are allowed to both co-exist
1) Users depending on the jetty 6 libraries shipped with tez
2) Users depending their own version of jetty 9 that now will pick up the
version shipped with tez
