Description:
1. Progress must be displayed in percentage
2. Duration row is missing the unit (secs or ms).
3. Description should not be displayed when empty.
4. When data is missing, an empty bubble is displayed for tasks with a tooltip
that says "null Tasks". This must default to 0.
5. Display date with a granularity of milliseconds
