[~rajesh.balamohan], noticed SerializationFactory creation showing up in
certain types of jobs during the spill, merge and writing i file phase. Can you
see if this change will work? The IFile.Writer has some capabilities to create
sub-classes, but I think that is limited to in-memory IFiles.
