[~harishjp] - what I meant by configurable usage of the sharedExecutor - was
thinking along the lines of the ShuffleScheduler/ShuffleManager looking up
config to decide whether to use the thread pool provided by the framework, or
they continue setting up the pool that is used right now.
The config for whether the pool is enabled or not at the framework level - we
already discussed on the initial jira, and the conclusion there was that we
will not make it ocnfigurable, and instead a default size was set up.
