But Im surprised that its happening. This was a tested use case.

Its not required in multi-am-pollster. Because in all pages that uses
multi-am-pollster "loadedValue.dag.isComplete" would work. Only exception is
dags under application. There any way we must be using application completion
to determine if the polling must be started or stopped.
