[~ashutoshc] I think Tez need to publish 2 sets of jars to support both hadoop
versions since {{org.apache.log4j.Level DEFAULT_LOG_LEVEL}} and {{String
DEFAULT_LOG_LEVEL}} are not compatible with each other.
