org.apache.hadoop:hadoop-mapreduce-client-jobclient:test-jar:tests:3.0.2
dependency is not needed directly in the external services test execution
phase. However, in hadoop 2.7 this was providing a transitive dependency
hadoop-mapreduce-client-shuffle, but in hadoop 3 it is not a transitive
dependency. This patch moves to directly depending for test execution on
hadoop-mapreduce-client-shuffle which is correct for both hadoop3 (master) and
hadoop2 (branch-0.9) lines
