mvn clean install -pl '!tez-ui' is a one way to skip this. [~sershe], do you
want something more formal or documentation. there is a sub issue where if
running tests, all tez-ui tests are run whether or not tests match the
-Dtest=<pattern>. What do you recommend for this issue?
