Thanks for sharing the patch [~jeagles] .
Would the change in {{TezCommonUtils::getTezBaseStagingPath}} break earlier
behavior/backward compatibility of this API? (i.e, earlier it was creating this
directory if not existed).
Rest of the patch looks good to me.
