only TestSpeculation has failed, it seems ok locally, known flaky test
[~jeagles]: what do you think about [^TEZ-4100.03.patch] ?
I realized that this patch doesn't comply fully with your latest comment: "If
Tez upgrades, then users using older versions of guava will no longer work."
so 2 possible ways:
1. accept [^TEZ-4100.03.patch] , and accept that hadoop upgrade should involve
guava upgrade
2. create a tez common Futures class (similarly to Preconditions in TEZ-4101)
and move only hadoop version (I believe that's the ideal way)
