------------------------------------------------------------

[~ashutoshc], [~jeagles]: created new patch [^TEZ-4114.07.patch]
this one only takes care of cleaning poms, but still enables jetty to be
shipped in dist (background: tested on cluster, and confirmed that our
distribution assumed that jetty is shipped, without that, AM failed to start)
so with the latest patch, tez is independent of direct jetty dependency, but
ships hadoop's jetty, this will still enable tez users to rely on the existing
distribution
with this patch, jira should be renamed to "Remove direct jetty dependency from
tez"
