Yes, something like "((Configurable) codec).setConf(conf);" to set the buffer,
before calling inputStream. I am seeing this wastage in sorter side as well
(e.g sorter trying to write 1009 partitions with smaller data size, and output
codec is always reset to 256KB) for every writer).
