I was thinking how it could have been built after [previous related
commit|https://github.com/apache/tez/commit/9df9f100e5f4e17f4fa67b69623a7bc8f6fd454c],
and I found that e.g. tez-mapreduce has collections4 from tez-api
transitively, maybe that's something not working from IntelliJ...but anyway,
this makes sense, as tez-mapreduce's source has direct reference to
collections4, so pom.xml should reflect that
