+1 regarding the change
regarding DrainDispatcher, I'm not aware of the history, but I cannot see any
major difference between hadoop and tez, maybe we should try to run tests with
hadoop's drain dispatcher (with special attention to TestVertexImpl, which was
the culprit while introducing DrainDispatcher into tez codebase, TEZ-2852)
