Just struck me as odd that there's this coupling of
{{TaskImpl.EMPTY_TASK_ATTEMPT_TEZ_EVENTS}} and using concrete classes and not
using {{Collections#emptyList}}. Just trying to simplify and make it a little
more decoupled.
