Description: Based on a new config, MRReaderMapred should pass properites
into its incremental conf object. (was: MRReaderMapred should include
projection pruning properties set during its initialization in its incremental
config changes (accessible via getConfigUpdates()).
This allows the hive serde to have access to these properties during
initialization and therefore to construct the correct object inspector with
only the selected columns.)
