Executor was recently reworked as part of TEZ-4213 and want to ensure goals of
that jira aren't in conflict here.
[~amagyar], [~abstractdog], [~mustafaiman], [~hashutosh] can you please weigh
in here.
[~belugabehr], can state the goals of this jira more specifically. Is it just a
simpler implementation of the same goal or does this change functionality?
