Description:
There are several Dockerfiles over the web about tez, maybe it's time to
implement an "official" one.
This is supposed to:
1. download + install hadoop (the version which is referenced as hadoop.version
in pom.xml)
2. install tez from the current git working dir (so the latest code changes can
be tried out)
