Description:
Assuming that JDK 17 compilation in precommit time helps us stay in line with
future Java API changes, we can include a phase where we simply compile tez
codebase against JDK 17 (no test run in the first round).
This way we'll also see if there is problem in tez dependencies, e.g. hadoop.
